When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Please note that this processing time is the timeframe in which your order will be shipped, not delivered. Delivery times will vary based on the method of shipping chosen during checkout.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Currently all products have the option to be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. (All orders weighing 16oz or more are required to be shipped via Priority Mail)

USPS states First-Class Mail delivery in 2-5 business days and Priority Mail delivery in 1-3 business days, however they do not guarantee delivery within certain time frames so unfortunately we cannot either. 

Where is my order being shipped from?

All orders will be shipped out of Connecticut. 

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

Yes! Orders shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses must be sent via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail.
