RETURNS + REFUNDS
- Contact customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# must be included with your order on either the interior or the exterior of the package
- Return packages must be shipped with tracking by the carrier of your choice to ensure it is received by our returns department.
- Keep a record of your return shipment until your refund has been processed.
Please notify us of any shipping errors within 7 days of customer’s receipt of good(s). Customers found to have valid shipping error claims will either be eligible to have replacement(s) re-shipped or a refund. In the event an item cannot be replaced, we will issue a full refund for the item.
