RETURNS + REFUNDS

Unused and unopened merchandise in it's original packaging that is purchased directly from Lost In Lettering can be returned within 30 days of the customers receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Lost In Lettering products that are purchased from other retailers must be returned to those locations in accordance with their own returns + refunds policies. 
Lost In Lettering is not responsible for packages that are lost by the carrier.
Please note: Refunds for returns will only be given to those that follow the return procedures outlined below. We do not issue refunds for forced returns. 
To request a return, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Contact customer service at lostinlettering@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# must be included with your order on either the interior or the exterior of the package
  2. Return packages must be shipped with tracking by the carrier of your choice to ensure it is received by our returns department.
  3. Keep a record of your return shipment until your refund has been processed. 

SHIPPING ERRORS

Please notify us of any shipping errors within 7 days of customer’s receipt of good(s). Customers found to have valid shipping error claims will either be eligible to have replacement(s) re-shipped or a refund. In the event an item cannot be replaced, we will issue a full refund for the item.

 

SALE + CLEARANCE ITEMS

Sale items and items purchased on clearance are final sale.
