Is there tracking on my order?
Yes! All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure delivery and allow you to view it's progress while in transit. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation to the email address provided at checkout that will contain the tracking number for your order. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received this email by the end of your order's processing window.
What do I do if my order is delayed while in transit?
Unfortunately carrier delays do occur, especially during the holiday season. It's best to purchase as early as possible to allow for unforeseen delays by the carrier. Please keep in mind that Lost In Lettering is not responsible for these delays, and your order will be shipped in a timely manner on our end.
If the tracking information on your item shows that it is at your local post office, please contact them directly regarding the status of your delivery.
If your item tracking has not updated within one full week, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with "order delay" listed in the subject line.
My order tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received it?
At times your item may be scanned incorrectly resulting in the tracking information showing delivered before it has actually been delivered. Typically these packages show up within 1-2 days.
In these situations, it is best to reach out to your local postal carrier directly. They are able to give you more information than we are regarding the status of your package.
If you have not received your package within 3 days of it being marked delivered, please reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately we are not able to make changes to orders that have already been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we process and ship orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has already been placed. You are welcome to email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not yet been processed.

My order is a gift. Will it contain price information?
No way! None of our retail packages contain any pricing information.
